There is absolutely no question of paying donation for admission to MBBS in AIIMS. The admission system for 672 seats are all on the basis of merit just like AIPMT. There were totally 65,000 students who appeared for MBBS in AIIMS spread in 7 campuses across the country. Around success ratio for admission to MBBS programs is hardly 1% with 50% for unreserved category while balance was or the reserved category.
Most of the students naturally are thinking on the basis of cut off and ranks. I suggest they should also discuss the overall picture with their parents with the realistic situation in for MBBS Admission in India in government medical colleges and the Private medical colleges. Unless they will do it, they will not be able to guide you to take the right decision at the right time which is the key factor in Guaranteed Admission to MBBS.
